What available tyre would be most compatible on my Audi A8 ?

The spare on my Audi A8 is unused and as I need a couple of new tyres I want to use it. It is a Dunlop SP Sport 2000E 225/60 ZR16 98W. Is this tyre still available, and if not what available tyre would be most compatible with it? Thank you.

Due to technical reasons we disadvise to use mixed tyres, especially for sport tyres.
