To find out the manufacturing date of tyres you need to look for the DOT code in the sidewall of the tyre. The first two codes will tell you the manufacture and the manufacturing plant. After that you will find four numbers, which indicates the manufacturing date. For example, 2514 means that the tyre was manufactured week 25 of 2014.
