1962: Hankook tyres became the first Korean tyre exporter.
1996: Facilities were opened in Jiaxing, China.
2007: Hankook opened its first in Hungary.
In 2008 sales amounted to £2.15 billion, which has helped Hankook to become the world’s 8th largest tyre manufacturer.
